One of the occult monsters used by Bara in the original Battle City arc, he is a Fiend's lower class Normal Monster.
Dullahan of the OCG world, who is completely upward compatible with 《The Portrait's Secret》, and whose ATK is exquisitely high against a moderately high defensive power.
Unfortunately, Necrofia never named this monster as a summoning condition in the OCG.

It's neither Mami-san nor Headless Rider. The highest RBI that does not fall into the abyss. You can't Xyz "Ghostrick Dullahan" with this guy.
A card that I personally liked for some reason. I often mispronounced him as a headless knight.
As for how to use it, first of all, if you use "Gem-Merchant", you can destroy a relatively large number of Monarch lines in battle. Also, since it is an EARTH Fiend, it is possible to insert 《Block Golem》while summoning Dark Gaia. There are few situations where the combination of EARTH and Fiend is attractive. Although ATK 1450 is an advantage, there are many cases where 1700 DEF is not enough to stop it, so it is not a very useful card.
